Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our data governance team. This highly functional role focuses on validating critical documentation and ensuring compliance with internal standards across our eight strategic service partners, including ServiceNow. This position plays a key part in protecting the integrity of data submitted for legal review and supporting enterprise data quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on data lines and documentation for accuracy and consistency. Review and validate a high volume of documents and data points (100+ monthly metrics). Author and maintain artifacts including how-to guides, scripts, and data quality agreements. Follow established scripts precisely and assess them for technical clarity and completeness. Collaborate with teams across all eight service partners to ensure standardized data inputs. Ensure data packages are finalized and submitted to general counsel by strict deadlines. Validate accuracy, terminology, and logic in documents routed for legal and compliance review. Utilize Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data comparison, integrity checks, and reconciliation. Support data management and validation processes across platforms including ServiceNow. Apply knowledge of

ITSM/ITIL

best practices to documentation and quality review protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a data quality , data governance, or data testing role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation. Experience authoring process documents, scripts, or technical reference materials. Familiarity with ServiceNow , Workday , and general

ITSM/ITIL

environments. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for technical accuracy. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and uphold enterprise compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and related functions.

Preferred:

Prior experience validating or reviewing materials for legal or compliance approval. Knowledge of data quality frameworks and documentation standards in financial services.
