JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Director of EC Preschool Coordinator, the ECPK Monitoring and Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with federal (IDEA), state, and local regulations governing special education with preschool-age students. This position supports monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning to ensure that preschool students with disabilities receive a free, appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment.
