What you’ll do on a typical day: Adjudication of background screening Audit staffing agencies background check process
Mange data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs Provide support to various compliance projects related to background screenings and I9’s
Coordinate events and manage projects for the team What you need to succeed at

GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need: 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines It’d be great if you also have: Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Solid research and problem solving-skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
