Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a QC Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a QC Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Control Compliance team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Review change requests in ServiceNow to ensure adherence to SDLC standards.

+ Ensure traceability exists throughout the SDLC for the change requests under review. + Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for applications used within the organization. + Collaborate and communicate across various disciplines and departments to ensure compliance with bank standards. + Continuously improve service delivery according to industry standard quality management guidelines.

  • What’s Needed?
  • + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ 5 years of IT experience, preferably within the scope of web application testing. + Strong background in SDLC compliance and testing, with the ability to derive robust tests from requirements. + Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments. + Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
