  • Friday 8:00 am
  • 4:30pm The Quality Compliance Coordinator has a key role in our quality department, reporting directly to the Quality Manager, and is responsible for ensuring that the company follows the compliance requirements of its quality management system.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the quality manager to maintain the quality management system
  • Prepare for external audits and customer audits
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Maintain quality documentation for clear and accessible review of the QMS
  • Perform documentation review, process verification, and follow-up of corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Review similar documents regularly without losing focus Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ direct experience with quality management systems
  • A quality background in manufacturing or metal treating environments
  • Familiarity with AS9100, Nadcap, and
ISO 9001

standards

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, maintain attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, work independently and manage time well without close supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
