Full Job Description Regulatory & Compliance Specialist Location:
Raleigh, N.C. Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time employee for Regulatory & Compliance Specialist in our Raleigh, N.C office location. Tower Engineering Professionals offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation & holidays, and 401k with company match. Job Description Responsible for working with Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery of telecommunications regulatory documents, reviews, and permitting. No fieldwork required. Responsibilities Provide timely status updates and produce accurate forecasting to the Project Manager and project teams as required Legal document review and comprehension QA/QC of project documents and deliverables Environmental regulatory document filings, tracking, and reviews Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion for successful completion of project Serve as primary POC with external vendors and utility providers on technical project matters Maintain and update company databases/trackers Project setup, coordination and tracking of POs, submittals, and complete project close-out tasks Attend status meetings and present site status reports as required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in permitting preferred Experience in telecommunications & environmental regulation preferred Experience with FCC Antenna Structure Registration, FAA Aeronautical Studies, FCC NEPA regulations and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment with Project Managers and project teams Possess strong quantitative skills with ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions and database queries Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations Demonstrate the ability to be organized, work on multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals Proven ability to work efficiently and independently Sustain a balance of quick, but accurate, work completion (attention to detail is imperative) Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required Proficient with G Suite (Excel expertise required) Have outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills Maintain confidentiality Please submit resume and cover letter to be considered for this position. “Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Veterans/Disabilities”
