The Conflict of Interest Analyst is responsible for the evaluation, analysis, and administrative support for HMH’s Conflict of Interest compliance programs and/or processes across the HMH enterprise.
This includes:
financial conflicts of interest and research, Institutional Conflict of Interest, Conflict of Commitment, OpenPayments (Sunshine Act), School of Medicine, Senior Leadership and HMH Boards. This position will also develop training and conduct outreach including but not limited to development of resources, webpage maintenance, and presentations. The position requires excellent attention to detail, good communication, initiative, and the ability to effectively manage competing high priority tasks while maintaining confidentiality. The position will report to the Research Compliance Officer and have regular communication and provide support to HMH’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, biomedical sciences, business administration or other relevant areas of study (Combination of relevant job experience and college courses may be substituted for bachelor’s degree). Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in healthcare and/or research administration. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
