Job Responsibilities Accountable for theaccess management of Projects and Construction
NERC CIP
informationrepository and ensuring compliance documentation includingauthorization records are maintained. Accountable for ensuringProjects and Construction
NERC CIP
Supply Chain Risk Managementprocesses, procurement forms and risk mitigation plans are managedand completed in accordance with internal process documents.
Responsible for working collaboratively with various NERC subjectmatter experts (SMEs) to support procedure and process developmentfor NERC standards impacting the Client Projects and Constructiongroup. Responsible for document development, including NERC RSAWs,and providing evidence for internal assessments and externalengagements such as audits, certifications and spot-checks.
Responsible for working with the SMEs to support the necessaryplans for audit preparation and
NERC CIP
mitigation activities.
Accountable for meeting critical
NERC CIP
reporting deadlines andassisting the Manager Contract Admin & Supplier Performance in theunderstanding of regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in related discipline, e.g., Engineering orCompliance or 2-3 years equivalent experience Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and OutlookCandidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect allaspects of diversity. Required Competencies:
Candidate must possessplanning and organizing skills and abilities, which include goodtime management and prioritization skills. Must have the ability towork in both a team environment and as an individual contributor.
Must have demonstrated attention to detail skill sets, be resultsoriented; and be able to work concurrently with multiple deadlinesand deliverables. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under tight time constraints. Good general projectmanagement skills.
