Red Bank, NJ Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting our top-end client with an amazing temp-to-hire opportunity for a Part-Time MGA Administrator in Red Bank, NJ. This hybrid/remote role supports the operations of a Managing General Agent (MGA) specializing in Property and Casualty insurance products. It’s ideal for candidates with experience in insurance policy administration, regulatory compliance, and financial tracking within an MGA or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting Support:

Assist with processing applications, endorsements, and renewals. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with binding authority agreements.

Policy Administration:

Manage the issuance and upkeep of insurance policies. Prepare bordereaux and coordinate with brokers and clients to resolve policy-related matters.

Claims Coordination:

Support claims tracking, analytics, and loss run reporting in collaboration with internal teams and third-party administrators.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to insurance regulations. Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Financial Administration:

Handle premium and claims bordereaux, reconcile transactions, track collections, and monitor operational expenses and cash flow.

Operational Support:

Improve administrative workflows and maintain systems for tracking policies, claims, and compliance activities.

Team Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with underwriting, claims, and finance teams. Support training of internal staff on administrative processes.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years in an MGA or insurance environment with exposure to Property & Casualty insurance operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and insurance management systems. Bordereaux reporting experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule & Location:

Part-Time Hours (flexible)
Hybrid/Remote position with occasional onsite work in

Red Bank, NJ Pay Rate:
