• Quality & Compliance Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Stability Coordinator for an exciting opportunity to join a team focused on quality, regulatory compliance, and scientific integrity within a cGMP-regulated environment.

This role plays a key part in ensuring product stability and regulatory adherence across multiple testing protocols and sample management systems.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare, manage, and track stability samples using approved protocols, specifications, and submission forms Coordinate submissions with third-party testing laboratories, ensuring timely delivery and result Maintain accurate logs detailing submission dates, due dates, and receipt of results Monitor and document parameters of walk-in, reach-in, and freeze/thaw chambers, including temperature, humidity, PMs, and calibrations Assemble reports covering long-term, accelerated, freeze-thaw, and preservative challenge testing Review logs and test results to ensure accuracy and version control of specifications Alert Quality teams immediately to any out-of-specification (OOS) results Support compliance with cGMP, US FDA, and ICH stability guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years of experience in cosmetic, device, food, or pharmaceutical inspection or QA processes Solid math skills and attention to detail Ability to interpret sampling plans and effectively communicate results Strong communication skills for both internal collaboration and external coordination with labs and customers Familiarity with quality systems and documentation (e.g., SOPs, submission forms, stability protocols) Ready to make a difference in product quality and compliance?
