Job Description
Compliance Officer/Investigation 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 12837 Route 438, Irving, NY 14081 Conducts pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion tests in accordance with the Seneca Nation (SN) Drug Alcohol and Controlled Substance Polices. Compiles data and prepares summary reports on statistics of testing results. Requires regular off-site travel to conduct testing at various SN Departments locations on Allegany and Cattaraugus territories. Maintains strict compliance with all Federal Regulations. Responsible for the coordination and organization of employee background checks and investigation process. Maintain and coordinate with Personal Security Consulting program for all fingerprinting clearance. Must maintain and coordinate with Maximum Reports for all background checks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Health Care Studies or related field or High School Diploma/Equivalency with three years’ experience in the field involving specimen collection. Must have working knowledge of SN policies and procedures.
