It is a large complex with over 6 million square feet ofspace. It is home to over 300 businesses, including restaurants,shops, art galleries, and offices. It hosts a variety of events,including art shows, concerts, and festivals. It is a populardestination for tourists and locals alike.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Monthly Billing:
Execute the monthly billing process, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness of invoices.
Credit Card Management:
Oversee company credit cards, including processing payments,reconciling statements, and managing cardholder accounts.
InsuranceAdministration:
Manage tenant insurance enrollment, guiding tenantsthrough the process and ensuring accurate data entry into thesystem. This includes explaining insurance requirements andtroubleshooting tenant issues.
Compliance Reporting:
Generate andanalyze reports on various programs to ensure compliance withregulations and internal policies.
Overdue Invoice Management:
Monitor and manage invoices over 90 days, securing necessaryapprovals for payment processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
