Global Fueling Systems provides sales, design, repair, and maintenance of oil and gas fluid management systems, and motor vehicle fueling systems. Service Dispatcher & Sales Assistant’s Job Responsibilities:

Assist in scheduling & dispatching technician jobs Follow up with customers on completed jobs to ensure completion & satisfaction Review and process return trip tickets to ensure all jobs are complete Identify and order parts utilized in service repairs Provide inside support to field service technicians Assist in sales and marketing efforts to build out a new customer base Coordinate and collaborate with other teams internally Assist in filing, mailing, phone calls, data entry, and other administrative work as assigned Support Estimators in the preparation and sending out of preliminary budgets, detail estimates, and proposals for projects, including materials price lists, labor costs, and parts Communicate and discuss with supervisors, the Senior Estimators, the Sales & Service Team, vendors, subcontractors, clients, or other related parties to review estimates and resolve issue

Service Dispatcher & Sales Assistant’s Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Minimum 1 year dispatching experience preferred Must read, write, speak, and understand English Excellent communication with writing, speaking, listening, and reading, ability to establish reports, project a professional tone, and provide clear concise information Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Strong planning Good time management skills Good memory skill Critical thinker, problem-solver, and attention to detail Proficient in using computer applications, specifically MS Office Self-driven, independent, and team player. Strong work ethics Respectful of all team members
