Claim Management:

Prepare stop loss claims and documents for filing eligibility. Manage the internal and external functions of stop loss administration. Coordinate advanced funding requests with clients and stop loss carriers. Act as a liaison between PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) and internal clients regarding stop loss claimants. Initiate client spreadsheets and maintain correspondence and tracking logs.

Documentation and Compliance:

Collect and maintain documentation related to stop loss insurance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Assist with audits and reporting.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as a liaison between vendors (e.g., stop loss carriers, PBMs) and internal teams. Organize, analyze, and coordinate RFP (Request for Proposal) information for new business proposals. Work with sales executives and carriers to determine the most appropriate marketing strategy. Experience College degree

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with stop loss or as a financial analyst is often preferred. Proficiency with Excel is often required. Must have experience with the David Young /
