We feel strongly about giving back to the community and promoting sustainable, eco-friendly business practices. Summary Auditing and maintaining of vendor partner incentive (rebate programs). Analyze, review, and confirm the accuracy of rebate data via internal sales software. Clear, professional communication style is required. The ideal candidate will be a positive, proven self-starter with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Audit & Maintain Vendor Partner Incentives (rebate programs).
Perform daily audit function of rebate information.
Review and confirm accuracy of rebate data.
Data entry, including but not limited to entering and removing rebate values.
Communicate professionally and clearly with others within the organization.
Timely and effective communication as necessary.
Perform cost changes for US and CA business as communicate by internal personnel.
Perform creation and updating of Sales, Freight and Buying Negative Adders.
Prioritize and multi-task in all aspects of your day.
Must adhere to all company policies.

Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
Must work in other areas, as needed for cross training and/or workload.

EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
2+ years office/business environment experience preferred.
Customer Service experience a plus.
