Job Description
We are seeking a driven surety analyst ready to join a specialized surety brokerage dedicated to providing customized bond solutions for large companies. This prominant surety broker, takes pride in delivering exceptional service tailored to clients’ unique needs.
Role Overview:
The Surety Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to manage and support clients’ bond requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing bid specifications and contracts, facilitating information exchanges, and issuing bonds.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and oversee surety bond issuance, renewals, modifications, and invoicing
Maintain strong communication with clients, underwriters, and colleagues
Review incoming bond applications and ensure accuracy in documentation
Monitor bond statuses and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with underwriters to resolve any missing information or concerns
Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Perform quality assurance checks and address discrepancies
Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Background in insurance or surety industry
Growth mindset and self-driven
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to proprietary software
Exceptional client service skillset and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
