DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Medical Marijuana Compliance Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that medical marijuana organizations operate in accordance with the laws and regulations set forth by the Bureau of Medical Marijuana. Your work will involve conducting physical and administrative inspections of these organizations to review their operational status, alterations, complaints, and ongoing compliance. Your duties will also include inspecting the facility, sanitation operations, storage, and evidence of any potential contamination in the final product. Travel for this position is primarily within the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Schuylkill, Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. This position is home headquartered. In order to be home headquartered, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.

You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of technical or paraprofessional experience in regulatory compliance and regulatory inspection work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
This position requires you to possess a valid driver’s license which is not under suspension.
