This position will play a key role in assisting, supporting and improving the effectiveness of our compliance team. Responsibilities Assist compliance team with implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure caregiver adherence to regulations. Serve as a point of contact to onboard new caregivers, assist with processing new applications employees, conducting interviews and information gathering. Assist with conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with applicable laws and standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA. Collaborate with management to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely updates to company policies. Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters. Prepare reports for management regarding compliance status and areas for improvement. Job requirements:

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Familiarity with HHA eXchange is highly preferred. Capable of handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding service, particularly to our caregivers. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain a professional demeanor in various circumstances.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
