Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a HYBRID Compliance Analyst I in Cumberland, RI or Scottsdale, AZ.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri; 8hrs a day The anticipated wage for this position is between $25.67 and $27.13. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various areas within the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE), gaining hands-on experience in internal review and regulatory reporting functions. Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, including data gathering, formatting, and validation. Supportpliance testing activities byanizing documentation, preparing test scripts, and tracking results. Perform data scrubbing and quality checks to ensure accuracy andpleteness of reporting inputs. Monitor project timelines and taskpletion using tracking tools and d documentation. Rotate through various areas of the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) to gain exposure to differentpliance functions and business segments. Participate in administrative and stretch assignments to support team operations and build foundational skills. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to documentation updates. Maintain confidentiality and ad to internal policies and regulatory standards in all assigned work. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop foundational skills in healthcarepliance, data integrity, and regulatory operations. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework or experience in areas such aspliance, quality assurance, regulatory reporting, or internal review—particularly within pharmacy, health services, or healthcare benefits. Internship or academic project experience inpliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, or related fields. Familiarity with healthcare benefits, pharmacy operations, or health services environments. Exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Quickbase. Understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong written and verbalmunication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly. Demonstrated interest inpliance, quality assurance, or healthcare operations through coursework, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities. Click on now for instant consideration! Pay Details:

$25.67 to $27.13 per hour
