Position Summary :
Analyst in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) rotational program. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to rotate through various areas within the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE), gaining hands-on experience in internal review and regulatory reporting functions. A key focus will be supporting the regulatory reporting program, including activities related to state reporting and All-Payer Claims Database (APCD) submissions, ensuring timely and accurate file delivery. As the role rotates across different compliance functions and business segments, the individual will build a strong cross-functional network and contribute to efforts that standardize and modernize compliance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop foundational skills in healthcare compliance, data integrity, and regulatory operations.
Duties :
Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, including data gathering, formatting, and validation. -Support compliance testing activities by organizing documentation, preparing test scripts, and tracking results. Perform data scrubbing and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting inputs. Monitor project timelines and task completion using tracking tools and shared documentation. -Rotate through various areas of the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) to gain exposure to different compliance functions and business segments. Participate in administrative and stretch assignments to support team operations and build foundational skills. -Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to documentation updates. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards in all assigned work.
Experience :
Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework or experience in areas such as compliance, quality assurance, regulatory reporting, or internal review particularly within pharmacy, health services, or healthcare benefits. INIT01
