Description Position Summary:

The Compliance Support Coordinator to assist our compliance team in ensuring that our operations and procedures meet regulatory requirements. The Compliance Support Coordinator will provide administrative support, help maintain compliance documentation and assist in the implementation of compliance programs.

Position Responsibilities:
Essential Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the compliance team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.

Documentation:

Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of compliance documents and reports.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Help monitor compliance activities and prepare reports on compliance status and issues.

Training and Communication:

Assist in organizing and delivering compliance training sessions for staff.

Policy Implementation:

Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Audit Assistance:

Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information, including retrieval of electronic medical and billing records.

Research:

Conduct research on regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance. Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills required in interactions with clinicians and support personnel

Ability to work with highly confidential materials

Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
