Job Description

Summary Position Purpose:

Responsible for conducting investigations, preparing reports, work papers, and performing vulnerability assessments to recognize and identify potential compliance issues. Provides guidance to management and employees as needed. May be responsible for developing and presenting compliance training, updating/maintaining or approving program/training material, and responding to compliance related questions.

Location:

This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday working a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) at our Nashville, TN or Columbia, SC location. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, with occasional shift changes to meet business contractual needs.

SCA Benefit Requirements:

Under the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act (SCA), employees cannot opt out of health benefits. What You’ll Do:

Conducts annual vulnerability risk assessment audits for division. Assists management in preparation and conduct of management control reviews. Provides guidance to management and employees as needed. Performs detailed investigations of allegations/compliance issues, and maintains tracking and quality databases. May develop, implement, and present ongoing training, and conduct periodic surveys and awareness initiatives. May be required to submit regulatory reporting data according to government schedule.
