Compliance & Regulatory Coordinator1 Deacon Health Inc Nashville, TN 37205 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Regulatory Coordinator1 to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the areas of clinical trials and chemistry manufacturing controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and a thorough understanding of FDA regulations, as well as excellent project management skills. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines throughout the organization. Conduct thorough research to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents related to clinical trials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance practices are implemented effectively. Manage documentation related to compliance activities, including audits and inspections. Develop and maintain compliance training programs for staff members. Coordinate projects related to regulatory affairs, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Experience Proven experience in compliance management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. Familiarity with clinical trials processes and chemistry manufacturing controls is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines applicable to the industry. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional research skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments.
