Contract Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Medicare Marketing Material Reviewer to support the review and tracking of marketing materials submitted by Third Party Marketing Organizations (TPMOs), including brokers, agencies, and other external partners. This role ensures that all submitted materials comply with CMS guidelines, internal policies, and MultiPlan standards before approval and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, log, and track Medicare marketing materials submitted by TPMOs (e.g., agencies, brokers).
- Review submitted materials to ensure compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, applicable regulations, and MultiPlan brand and messaging standards.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to TPMOs regarding required changes or clarifications, ensuring revisions meet compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to resolve complex review issues.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control of all submissions, reviews, feedback, and approvals.
- Support audit and reporting activities by maintaining accurate and current tracking logs and status reports.
- Stay up-to-date on CMS regulations and policy changes impacting Medicare marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, compliance, or Medicare Advantage/PDP marketing review preferred.
- Familiarity with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Third Party Marketing Organizations.
- Knowledge of MultiPlan offerings and Medicare product types.
Understanding of Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Supplemental Plan structures
