Company Overview General Summary:
Supports the Compliance Department in the implementation of Store Ops initiatives by collecting and coordinating various information between stores, field management, and 3rd parties.
Job Details Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinates sending compliance communications that drive individual store activities, while also managing the collection and tracking of responses as required. Maintains and updates a detailed database, ensuring timely entry, and proper categorization for reporting and compliance purposes Communicate with stores and field leaders to share information about non-compliance issues and provide clear next steps to support resolution. Serves as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence via mail, email, and phone to ensure timely and accurate communication. Tracks and reports on the progress of compliance initiatives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with differing deadlines. Ability to describe complex issues in a clear manner, whether verbally or in writing, as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word).
Qualifications Work Experience &/or Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of office experience, preferably in a retail environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
