As our TTB Tax Analyst, you maintain regulatory financial compliance throughout the organization, particularly during production and shipment activities. By conducting comprehensive audits, closely overseeing financial processes, and training internal teams, you keep our finances straight and guarantee compliance. You’re not just maintaining our processes; you also identify weak areas and execute ideas for improvement. Accuracy is crucial as you create monthly operation reports, oversee export processes, and perform self-assurance audits. You work closely with management and sales teams to complete audits and ensure regulatory compliance. If you notice any gaps in the auditing process, you swiftly implement new procedures and train staff accordingly. You complete tax payments and finance reports on time, stay on top of auditing regulations, and adjust financial strategies to keep our finances in good shape.

TTB TAX ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field with some financial or operational exposure Thorough knowledge of Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), specifically Parts 19 and 25 Verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs like Excel and Word Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently A minimum of 3 years working with TTB reporting in beer, wine, or spirts Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under pressure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
