PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To assist in processing and maintaining individual and business licenses for company offices within an assigned region.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

Administers the licensing process for the assigned region. Assists with obtaining specific individual licenses for new program implementation. Tracks renewal of existing examiner licenses; updates and maintains examiner license renewals. Works with local operations managers and quality managers ensuring individual required licenses are duly licensed and bonded. Assists in maintaining a database containing the status of individual licenses made available via the Internet and further compliance tracking and reporting. Assists in developing and maintaining a library of resource documents, including copies of current regulations governing licensing, individual specific licensing applications and related materials. Assists operations managers with obtaining local business licenses. Supports the organization’s quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Two (2) years of administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Legal or claims related experience preferred.
