Summary and Highlights:
The Senior Coordinator, CallQuality & Compliance will serve as the quality compass for callhandling operations, evaluating team interactions, identifyingtrends, and driving excellence in every patient experience. You’llbe a key contributor to the continuous improvement of healthcareaccess support systems This position is a contract assignment withpotential to hire on permanently based upon attendance,performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-timeemployees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical,dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with acompany match is available for full-time employees with 1 year ofservice on our eligibility dates
