Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities. Utilize financial software to track account performance and generate reports. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with clients regarding their accounts. Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the financial services or retail industry.. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
