Position Overview:

Are you a motivated individual who thrives on helping others and finding creative financial solutions? As our Member Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for our members’ financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit union’s policies and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assisting Members who are experiencing hardship or difficulty in meeting their financial obligations. Supervising employees involved in loss mitigation activities. Ensuring internal controls are maintained in the department and throughout the organization as it relates to collection and fraud activities. Coordinating with outside sources as it relates to the collection process (e.g. lawyers, courts, repo services) Ensuring all collection practices are compliant with State and Federal Regulations. Providing direction to employees involved in the collection process.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience. A current driver’s license. Ready to Make a Difference?
