Please closely read the job requirements. Our client, a community bank with office in Hialeah, is hiring a couple mid-level (6-10 year) CRE Underwriter/Portfolio Managers. The job will cover responsibilties of both underwriting commercial real estate deals as well as some portfolio management-related/client-facing duties, too.
The right candidate:
Must have at minimum 5+ years of CRE credit analysis experience Ideally will have experience with portfolio management, but not strictly necessary Must be able to commute three times per week (Tue-Thu) to the corporate office in Hialeah.
