Key Responsibilities:
Prepare in-depth credit analyses to support underwriting decisions across various transaction types
Review and interpret financial statements to evaluate creditworthiness
Participate in risk mitigation and repayment strategy discussions
Coordinate with team members to resolve application inconsistencies
Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
Stay engaged in ongoing portfolio management, including problem credit follow-up
Contribute to credit committee documentation and reporting when necessary
Qualifications:
Must be Fluent in English and bilingual in either Spanish or Portuguese.
Strong background in credit analysis, underwriting, or risk assessment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in analyzing financial data and drawing informed conclusions
Comfortable working in a structured, policy-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
