AG CREDIT MANAGER

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum 3 years in credit and collections
Agricultural industry experience is required
Familiarity with AgVance software beneficial
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and capable of independent work
Preference for candidates residing in the Southeastern U.S.

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Ag Credit Manager for a reputable agricultural business in Florida. Reporting to the CFO, this role focuses on managing credit and collections, collaborating with sales teams, and overseeing credit staff training.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve collection targets and manage accounts receivable
Lead and support the credit team
Assess credit applications and make informed decisions
Monitor accounts to mitigate credit risks
Develop reports for internal stakeholders
Engage in professional credit organizations
Visit customers to support sales initiatives
Participate in sales meetings to align credit policies
