About the team Our first line of defense Credit Operations team strives to effectively underwrite merchant account submissions, perform customer due diligence, and minimize losses via fraudulent merchant identification. What you’ll own Review and research of account data changes Merchant reverification/periodic reviews Liaise with other teams to maintain fraud oversight, compliance requirements, and network change initiatives Audit and QA support What you bring Three years or greater of merchant fraud and credit experience Customer due diligence/know your customer experience. FinCEN and Fintrac experience preferred. Excellent time management and organizational skills Creative
