Solid experience in financial statement review and ratio analysis Strong understanding of operating cash flow and/or EBITDA Advanced Excel skills ( pivot tables , VLOOKUPs , etc.) Prior experience with ERP systems like JDE or SAP Excellent communication skills and the ability to think strategically Experience in process improvement and credit operations 5+ years in a high-volume transactional credit environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (in-progress degrees may be considered) Solid grasp of collections processes and workflows This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders in a team that values collaborations
