PAY RANGE

$20.45 – $34.09/HR. Must beonsite Tuesday, Wednesday Interview- 30 mins. •Must have 1 yearexperience within the past three years using SAP and Get Paid.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalCredit Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsiblefor evaluating and managing credit risk for new and existingcustomers, ensuring adherence to corporate credit policies, andsupporting cash flow optimization. The ideal candidate will havestrong financial analysis skills, experience in credit management,and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer credit risk through comprehensive financialanalysis, business plan assessments, and review of third-partycredit data (e.g., D&B, Moody s, Credit Safe). Perform in-depthcredit reviews and propose credit limit and term adjustments asnecessary, aligned with Xylem Global Policies. Approve creditlimits and customer order releases within Delegation of Authoritythresholds. Collaborate on AR reviews to address delinquentaccounts and resolve issues affecting credit holds. Maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders, includingsales, collections, and operations teams. Ensure compliance withSarbanes-Oxley regulations and company credit policies. UtilizeMicrosoft Excel, SAP, and Get Paid for analysis, reporting, andworkflow execution. Apply knowledge of construction/trade industrypractices such as liens, bonds, UCC filings, and bankruptcy claimswhen evaluating credit risk.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relatedfield. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate finance orcredit management environment. Familiarity with regional and globalcredit bureaus (e.g., Dunn & Bradstreet, Cortera, Credit RiskMonitor). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Word andOutlook. Experience with SAP and Get Paid platforms. Ability tomulti-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-drivenenvironment.

Preferred Experience:

Prior work experience in aconstruction or trade environment. Understanding of financialinstruments related to trade credit (liens, bonds, etc.).
