Job Description

Position Summary:

The Corporate Credit Card Manager supervises the compliance and records management for credit cards for Market America and LLC’s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with Accounting and Tax Departments to ensure proper coding of credit card expenses across all entities. Maintains a repository of credit card receipts for compliance and audit purposes. Acts as liaison to vendors for obtaining required documentation. Implements a record retention process for all LLC expenses including petty cash and AP receipts. Identifies discrepancies in compliance practices and recommends corrective action. Communicates with on-site and off-site card holders and property managers to reconcile missing information, missing receipts, and business expense justification. Communicates with owners of the company as needed. Acts as a liaison between the bank and cardholders to resolve fraud alerts and declined charges during regular and irregular work hours. Creates and audits policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure proper compliance and best practices. Reconciles credit card and PayPal accounts to timely resolve any discrepancies. Creates various types of reports, as needed. Complies with company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directs, manages and trains internal staff and others

Education and Experience:

Associates degree. Two to three years of experience in auditing, recording keeping, or related field. Two to three years managing and supervising direct reports Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training.

Skills:

Proficient use MS Office Products. Moderate to above moderate levels of English speaking, writing, and reading comprehension; active listening; service orientation; troubleshooting; judgment; organization; attention to detail, and persuasion.
