  • As a part of US Finance Product Management team, this role leads the development and supports the achievement of the project budget for the Partnership Credit Card business line.

The role manages and provides consulting, planning and analytic support on financial results as well as future budgeting, providing interpretation through in-depth understanding of the project workstreams and business. The Finance Manager provides effective challenge of the project delivery team to ensure the forecasts and financial plans to drive business results, strategy and growth decisions. The role requires creativity, innovation, having ability to learn and apply skills and new knowledge to improving existing and designing new processes and tools

  • The Finance Manager provides a range of strategic Finance advice, analysis and support for key business areas/portfolios as assigned. Proactively manages senior relationships in order to provide seasoned and deep business insights, decision support and guidance and works closely with various stakeholders and team members as required.
  • Depth & Scope:
  • + Scope of role may have pan-business impact and focus is on comprehensive reviews, specialized analysis, audits and/or initiatives with a yearly time span+ Accountable for conducting financial analysis/research, reviews and/or audits to support functional goals/objectives+ May act as interface with Finance partners/leaders and external parties+ Serves as a source of advice to senior management in field of specialty; may lead team(s) of related specialists/experts+ Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring seasoned business partner specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise+ Work is guided by policies and industry standards/methods+ Requires innovative thinking to develop new solutions+ Communicates difficult concepts; converts information to compelling business context and advice; influences and gains alignment across increasingly senior stakeholders+ Works autonomously as the lead and guides others within area of expertise•
Education & Experience:
  • + Undergraduate degree+ 7+ years of relevant experience+ Accounting or financial designation preferred
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Comprehensive practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies including actuals reporting, variance analysis and forecasting.

+ Develop analyses and reporting to illustrate trends and identify areas of opportunities as well as contribute to the identification of key performance indicators.+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with well-developed presentation skills.+ Ability to act as a business partner, providing advice and analysis to fully explore results and opportunities.+ Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, develop, lead, and execute projects and deliverables.
