Overview:
Join a newly launched insurance and annuity investment platform backed by a $45B+ European family office. With the recent acquisition of a $75B AUM insurance company, the firm is scaling a permanent capital vehicle focused on long-term private market investments. The Corporate & Specialty Finance team is building a best-in-class structuring function to support its growing private credit and specialty finance strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead or support structuring of complex private credit transactions, including CLOs, ABS, and other structured credit vehicles.
Collaborate with investment professionals to optimize capital structure and ratings outcomes.
Interface with rating agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
Develop and maintain structuring models and documentation frameworks.
Ideal Candidate:
4-6 years of experience in CLO/ABS structuring or ratings advisory at a major investment bank or credit rating agency.
Deep understanding of structured credit mechanics, legal documentation, and capital markets execution.
Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
