As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a Credit Strategy Manager to join our credit team. In this role, you will take one of one of our two critical verticals: New Customer Acquisitions or Customer Management, in which you will drive the end to end strategy from credit policy design to implementation, monitoring, and optimization. Job requirements
5+ years of experience in credit strategy, credit risk management, or credit analytics; fintech or SMB lending experience is a plus Proven track record managing credit initiatives from inception through monitoring Experience with manipulating large data sets with SQL and analyzing data with tools such as Python, Excel, and Tableau Strong social skills and experience collaborating on cross-functional projects with both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver insights clearly and succinctly to executive leadership Ability to think through ambiguous problems, deconstruct them into discrete steps, and create impactful solutions Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing projects of varying size and complexity The flexibility and curiosity to understand topics and concepts outside of your domain BS / MS in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering) is preferred Job responsibilities Own credit strategy and outcomes for either new customer acquisitions or existing customer management Lead the design, implementation and optimization of credit policies to balance risk, growth, and profitability Design and implement A/B testing strategies within your domain Partner with cross functional teams including product, engineering, partnerships, and data science to deliver credit solutions tailored to specific segments Analyze portfolio performance and strategy effectiveness across customer segments and acquisition channels Create, evaluate, and manage KPIs within your area of responsibility Job benefits

We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 – $220,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors (i.e. job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training). The compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include any bonuses, equity, or benefits.
