The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating credit data and financial information of individuals or businesses to determine the risk involved in extending credit or lending money. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis, including cash flow analysis and credit analysis, to support informed decision-making. Duties Conduct thorough credit analysis and assess the creditworthiness of applicants. Prepare detailed financial reports and models to present findings and recommendations. Analyze mortgage servicing data to evaluate potential risks associated with lending. Perform cash flow analysis to understand the financial health of clients. Collaborate with underwriting teams to ensure compliance with lending policies. Monitor existing accounts for changes in credit risk and recommend actions as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all analyses and decisions made regarding credit applications. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact lending practices. Experience Proven experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes and underwriting principles is a plus. Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and report writing. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to forecast financial trends based on historical data and market conditions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information. Proficiency in relevant software tools for financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

French Language:

Proficiency in French is required.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial credit analysis, preferably within a small business or banking environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial analysis software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.

Analytical Skills:
