Credit Analyst Cumberland Bank and Trust, a division of First Federal Bank Clarksville, TN 37040 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing credit data and financial statements of individuals or companies to determine the risk in extending credit or lending money. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, quantitative research, and risk assessment to support informed decision-making. Duties Conduct thorough credit analysis to evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants. Perform quantitative analysis and cash flow analysis to assess financial stability. Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to management. Engage in underwriting processes to determine loan eligibility. Implement fraud prevention detection measures to mitigate risks. Collaborate with other departments for loan processing and equity research. Monitor existing accounts for changes in credit status and recommend adjustments as necessary.
