The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the credit department by managing various administrative tasks related to credit applications, cash handling, and customer interactions. Responsibilities Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management practices. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their payments and accounts Provide excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Support training development initiatives for new employees, including conducting employee orientation sessions. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Collaborate with the sales management team to ensure seamless integration of credit processes within sales operations. In store and field collection activities Delivery and Pickup Qualifications Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Excellent phone etiquette with a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of inventory management practices is beneficial. Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Background in sales management or related fields is an advantage.
