Credit Specialist Alaris Aerospace Systems LLC Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Job Overview The Credit and Risk Specialist is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, setting and managing credit limits, approving payment terms, and monitoring accounts receivable (AR) performance. This role ensures that financial risk is minimized while supporting the company’s sales objectives. The specialist will analyze credit data, including (D&B) reports, handle AR inquiries via IMS, and maintain accurate records in Component Control (Quantum). This position plays a key role in protecting the company’s cash flow and maintaining strong customer relationships. Duties Review customer applications and approve payment terms based on creditworthiness and (D&B) reports. Set and manage credit limits in line with internal policies and risk exposure thresholds. Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Handle customer AR inquiries via IMS, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Release or hold customer orders based on credit standing and payment history. Maintain accurate customer credit files and records using Component Control (Quantum). Coordinate with internal teams to ensure account issues are resolved quickly and aligned with credit policies. Recommend payment plans, escalations, or account reviews to minimize financial exposure. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, AR, or financial risk management. Familiarity with D&B reports and credit evaluation processes. Proficiency in Component Control (Quantum) or similar ERP system. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
