This is a hybrid role requiring onsite work three-four days a week. The specialist will handle credit card disputes, chargeback investigations, and coordinate with collection agencies while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Investigate and respond to credit card disputes and chargebacks in line with company policies and card association guidelines Track and manage outstanding promissory notes and guest debts Maintain accurate and up-to-date chargeback and dispute logs Coordinate with internal departments, credit card companies, and collection agencies Prepare reports and analyses related to credit card transactions Contribute to maintaining the company’s “Do Not Sail” list Provide support on other accounting operations duties as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in chargebacks, credit, accounting, or customer service Credit card chargeback experience is required Strong communication skills – written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred We invite qualified candidates who are ready to contribute their expertise in a dynamic work environment to apply for this opportunity.
