In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes and account issues efficiently and effectively. You will utilize your expertise in alternative dispute resolution, negotiation, and conflict management to foster positive relationships with clients while ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities to facilitate successful resolutions. Responsibilities Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies and issues that require resolution. Mediate disputes between clients and the company, ensuring a fair and equitable outcome for all parties involved. Write clear and concise documentation of interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken on each account. Negotiate solutions that satisfy both the client’s needs and the company’s policies. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for resolving account issues. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive situations with empathy and understanding. Continuously analyze processes to identify areas for improvement in dispute resolution practices. Requirements Proven experience in conflict management or a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in alternative dispute resolution techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective negotiation and mediation. Ability to analyze complex situations quickly and develop practical solutions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to account management tasks.
