Account Manager Position Overview:

We’re looking for an independent, organized, and proactive assistant who can handle multiple tasks, keep systems updated, and follow directions with minimal hand-holding. This is not an entry-level position — the right candidate will be dependable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client onboarding and follow-ups via phone, email, and text
  • Uploading and managing client documents in PandaDoc, Credit Repair Cloud, and Google Drive
  • Updating client notes and task statuses in CRM
  • Preparing and sending letters (Limited Contact Requests, Debt Validation, etc.)
  • Handling scheduling, reminders, and light customer service calls
  • Communicating clearly with team and clients in a professional manner
  • Following up on letters and notices clients receive from banks/creditors
  • Performing basic admin and tech-related tasks as assigned (e.

g., setting up email templates, updating spreadsheets, etc.) ⸻

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Tech-savvy:

Must know or be able to quickly learn tools like Google Workspace, PandaDoc, Credit Repair Cloud,

  • Must be comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to follow directions the first time and retain information
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — must be dependable and consistent
  • Prior experience in credit repair, customer service, or financial services is a plus
  • Professional and pleasant attitude when working under pressure ⸻
