Interior Exterior Building Supply is headquartered in New Orleans with 32 branches located throughout the region. This position will assist with servicing all locations with credit applications reviewing for credit worthiness. Job Responsibilities Process Credit Applications Review the credit worthiness of an application Assist with reconciling of customer accounts Resolving payment discrepancies Experience with construction lien waivers and familiar with Notice to Owner requirements Required Skills/Abilities High School Diploma or equivalent MUST have experience reviewing and processing credit applications 1-2 years credit/collections experience Understanding of construction lien law Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working in construction industry preferred Experience using Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Why work for Interior Exterior Building Supply?
