Primary Purpose:
The Credit Card Specialist is responsible for payment exception processing, payment research, monetary adjustments, and credit balance refunds for both commercial and consumer credit card accounts. •This is a temporary role while one of our employees is out on leave•

Payment exception processing Payment research Monetary adjustments Credit Balance Refunds Email distribution from the Credit Card central email address Overdraft Protection research Rewards Enrollments Cross check of re-aged accounts Credit Balance Refund Report Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines are met Perform other related duties as assigned by
