Returns Specialist Eurooptic.com 1203 Lycoming Mall Circle, Muncy, PA 17756 Returns Specialist – EuroOptic EuroOptic is looking for a Returns Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our customer experience across multiple sales channels. We’re a fast-paced, detail-driven operation specializing in high-end optics, firearms, and outdoor gear — and we’re looking for someone who can help ensure that our returns process is handled accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Position Summary This role involves managing incoming returns from our website, Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, and other channels. You’ll inspect returned items, determine their condition, and handle customer credits, refunds, and, when necessary, file claims for damaged or fraudulent returns. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with vendors to process returns for credit or repair, and prepare qualifying returned products for resale in used or demo condition. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process product returns Determine condition and eligibility for refund, credit, or resale Handle refunds and credits across multiple sales platforms Identify and file claims for damaged, incorrect, or fraudulent returns Correspond with vendors regarding RA numbers, credit memos, and product repairs Reclassify and label inventory as Used or Demo for resale when applicable Work within NetSuite, Microsoft Office Suite, and online selling platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, Teams, and NetSuite (experience with NetSuite is a plus) Familiarity with the seller portals/back-end systems of Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc. Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and customers via email and phone Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively

Compensation & Schedule Starting Salary:

$35,000 annually
